The housing market here in the Triangle is booming and if your home would sell below $300,000 now is the time to consider putting it on the market. The average days a listing stays on the market has dropped to an all time low. Demand is high and a home in good condition and priced right will usually be under contract in less than 2 weeks. Of course, some areas in the Triangle are in higher demand than others but overall demand is driving prices slightly upward making it a great time to sell.
